POLICY FOR DISBURSEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIP MONEY

All scholarship money will be sent directly to the school once we receive proof of enrollment. Payment will only be made to the school. One half of the money will be applied to the first semester and the remaining half will be applied to the second semester.

Proof of Enrollment - We prefer something from the registrar such as a signed proof of enrollment using the school's official seal. We would also accept a copy of your class schedule as long as official documentation accompanies the schedule. We will not disburse the money until we have proof of enrollment.

If upon receiving proof of enrollment, we discover that the student has changed their major from what they stated in their application and is not currently enrolled in agricultural studies, the student will forfeit his/her scholarship.

Again, the deadline for all applications is Friday, February 26, 2010. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call the Farm Bureau® at 309-734-9401, 309-924-1151 or 877-457-8881.
